How to fix an iPad problem with the iPhone X
Apple has confirmed that it will update the iPad app to fix a bug that affects iPhone X users who install an update to iOS 10.3.5.
This update will only apply to those who are already running iOS 10 and iOS 10 before 10.4.2, the company said in a statement.
The new update will not affect the current version of the iOS 10 software.
It is also expected to have no impact on the existing iOS 10 users.
Apple will release a second iOS 10 update to address the issue, it said.
The iOS 10 developer preview for iPad users will go live on Friday, September 21.
It is expected that the iPad software update will be made available to customers on Friday and will not be automatically applied to iOS devices.
It is not clear what Apple is planning to do with the new software.
Apple did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
